Inquiry & Email Consultation
Please start by contacting us via email. We will guide you through a consultation. Please send us floor plans and photos of your room if possible. Additionally, we ask that you complete a pre-consultation questionnaire to facilitate a smooth consultation process.
Step.2
Zoom Consultation
We will conduct an online consultation via Zoom. We will discuss your current concerns, your lifestyle, your expectations for your home, kitchen, and interior, and your preferred timeline. We will also explain our fee system and service details. Please note that we do not provide specific product recommendations or on-the-spot estimates.
Step.3
Contract <Plan Fee>
If you are satisfied with the fee and service details, please apply for the proposal fee (design fee). The contract will be considered complete upon payment.
Step.4
Listening and On-Site Survey
To fulfill your ideal vision, we will conduct a thorough consultation regarding your home and lifestyle. We will inquire about your desired image, priorities for construction areas, your family’s lifestyle and style, your work, and hobbies. If possible, please prepare image photos of the space you want to live in, such as images from magazines or clippings, to share the same vision and aim for the same goal. Additionally, as needed, we will conduct on-site surveys with construction companies and specialists.
Step.5
Proposal of Plan <Product Cost, Construction Cost, Supervision Fee>
If you agree with the plan, we will invoice you for the product cost, construction cost, and supervision fee. Payment is required to place an order. Please note that cancellations after ordering cannot be accepted. You will also need to sign a construction contract with the construction company. At this point, we will firmly establish the axis and direction of the design, and once you are satisfied with the concept, we will move on to the next stage.
Initial proposal presentation materials: Concept, color plan, layout, perspective drawing, furniture, proposal document, rough estimate, etc.
Step.6
Final Design Decision
We will hold meetings based on the initial proposal and make adjustments. We will finalize the plan by confirming actual items such as kitchen facilities, lighting, and furniture at showrooms. We strive to efficiently guide busy clients through showrooms and help them make better choices. Then, based on the concept, we will make final decisions on layout, finish materials, equipment, furniture, soft furnishings, art, etc. If construction is involved in the kitchen or renovation, we will provide services with a team of trusted construction companies and various specialists.
Step.7
Construction
During the construction period, the designer will regularly visit the site and supervise the work in coordination with the site supervisor. We aim to keep you informed by sending photos of the progress and, depending on the timing, inviting you to visit the site.
Step.8
Completion, Delivery, Handover, Payment of Remaining Balance
We will deliver the completed space to you. In some cases, we may also deliver furniture or interior items. After completion, please pay the remaining balance.
Step.9
Completion Photo Shoot, Request for Questionnaire
Once the space is completed, we will take photos for publication on the web, etc. We also ask for your feedback through a questionnaire for future service improvement. The photos will be published in a way that does not identify individuals.
Step.10
After-Sales Service
Even after handover, please feel free to contact us if you want to add storage shelves, order additional greenery, furniture, lighting, art, reupholster chairs, or if you want to do a mini-remodel according to your life stage. We are here to help.
